WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING OPTIONS? At checkout you are given the option of USPS, UPS and DHL. As much as we love to support USPS, there may be slight delays. We recommend shipping with UPS or DHL if you would like your package to arrive on time. International customers there is no guarantee with USPS so we HIGHLY RECOMMEND SHIPPING WITH UPS OR DHL it’s the only way you can absolutely be able to track your package and have it arrive within a 2-3 week span
 
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE? Everything is handmade with love, cleansed + charged good f*cking energy in Los Angeles. Please allow 1-2 weeks for production, charging & shipping :)
 
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY? We do not accept returns or exchanges. Because our products are energetic items, all sales are final. Please contact us at info@arcanumla.com immediately if there is any issue with your order.
 
THERE'S SOMETHING WRONG WITH MY ORDER - WHAT DO I DO? Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right for you! 
 
MY PACKAGE IS MISSING? WHAT DO I DO? If your package has been marked as delivered but you don’t see it on your doorstep, e-mail us at info@arcanumla.com and we’ll help try to track it down!
 
CAN I CANCEL OR EDIT MY ORDER? We cannot cancel orders and there is only a short window of time for us to edit your order. E-mail info@arcanumla.com and we’ll do our best to fix it for you!
