WHAT IS YOUR RETURN / REFUND POLICY?

We do not accept returns or exchanges. Because our products are energetic items, all sales are final. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please contact us at info@arcanumla.com immediately, and we’ll work with you to resolve it.


WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

Items ship within 2 weeks of purchase unless otherwise noted in the product listing. International customers are responsible for all customs duties and additional international shipping fees. Please note that Arcanum LA is not liable for lost or stolen packages.


WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING OPTIONS?

At checkout, you can choose from USPS, UPS, or DHL. While we love supporting USPS, there may be occasional delays. For timely delivery, we recommend using UPS or DHL. For international orders, we strongly suggest UPS or DHL, as they offer reliable tracking and ensure your package arrives within 2-3 weeks.


HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Each item is crafted with love and cleansed + charged with good energy. Please allow 1-2 weeks for production, charging, and shipping.

MY PACKAGE IS MISSING – WHAT DO I DO?

If your package has been marked as delivered but is not on your doorstep, please email us at info@arcanumla.com. We’ll do our best to help track it down.


CAN I CANCEL OR EDIT MY ORDER?

We are unable to cancel orders, and there is only a short window to make edits. If you need to modify your order, email us at info@arcanumla.com as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY JEWELRY OR ENERGETIC ITEMS?

To maintain the quality and energy of your items, avoid exposing them to water or harsh chemicals. Clean gently with a soft cloth, and store them in a dry, safe place when not in use. Every piece of jewelry comes with a "Care Card" with care instructions and advice.
